Privacy Policy

Overview

Lucid Labs takes privacy seriously. We collect as little data as possible.

Data collected

Minimal. No account is required for any app. Usage analytics may be collected in aggregate and anonymously via Apple’s frameworks. If you ask for beta access to Trovario on trovario.net, we store your email address to contact you about the beta and the app’s release. It is not used for a newsletter and is not shared.

Third-party services

• Trovario: Kindwise (a photo you choose to identify, deleted after identification), Cloudflare (relays those requests), Supabase in the EU (support messages and the beta access list). Details are in Trovario’s privacy policy.

Data retention

We do not store your catches or photos on our servers. The beta access list is kept for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to remove your address. Other retention periods are in each app’s privacy policy.
